UW Medicine Phase 3.1 is a gorgeous new addition to the Seattle South Lake Union campus.
The 318,000 sf state-of-the-art facility comprises of 3 story below grade parking and 7 stories of above grade laboratory and office space. Four hundred researchers in multiple scientic disciplines will be advancing critical research programs in the new building.
